Sidharth Malhotra has had a rocky run at the movies ever since his debut in Student of The Year in 2012. The actor has seen a mix of hits and flops but that doesn’t shake his momentum to move forward with full confidence. The actor’s latest release Marjaavaan, stars Bollywood hottie Tara Sutaria opposite him and their duo created a good buzz among the audience who wanted to watch them together on the big screen. Marjaavaan has romance, action and drama in equal parts and though the film might not have received good reviews from the critics, the audience has enjoyed watching this entertainer and the box-office numbers are proof.
On its opening day, the film earned Rs 7.03 crore followed by Rs 7.21 crore on Saturday, Rs 10.18 crore on Sunday and finally Rs 4.15 crore on Monday making the total Rs 28.57 crore.
