I bought something about a month ago from JPN and had Big in Jap help me with forwarding. They then shipped it to me EMS. I waited and the mailman never gave me a pink slip so I wasn't able to pick the package up in time before it was sent back to BIJ. BIJ said they would ship it back to me when they get it. My two questions are:

1. How long does return shipping take back to the sender? Since my package was EMS to me, will they EMS it back to them or use lower priority shipping? It's been three weeks and I haven't heard from BIJ yet so I am getting very worried since EMS usually takes only a week from JPN to me.

2. Are there extra return fees? Like I paid 50 dollars for sh. so I assume I just have to pay 50 again and not like plus ANOTHER 50 from the post office for shipping it back to them?
