EAGLE, Idaho (CBS2) — An Eagle City Council will discuss senior apartments coming to Eagle during a meeting on Tuesday at 5 p.m.

The 10. 44-acre site is located on the east side of North Linder Road, approximately 90 feet south of the West Temple Drive and North Linder Road intersection at 6910 and 6940 North Linder Road.

The council needs to authorize the plan so the mayor can execute an agreement for rezoning the development area off Linder Road. Intermountain Pacific LLC is the developer. Documents submitted to the council show plans for a 4-story building there.

The meeting will be held at Eagle City Hall on 660 E. Civic Lane. The Lindor Senior Living Development Agreement can be found HERE.
